Our 7 day trial is always risk free and our month-month membership option can be canceled anytime prior to your next months billing. The 6 month and annual memberships are based on set terms but do offer the best cost savings!

Each Barreroom Method workout is designed to challenge the entire body through small movements and isolation to create long lean muscles. We work through series of focused movement to the beat of music to keep you motivated and inspired! Most classes start with a warm up, followed by an arms series. Then we head into legs before hitting the floor for some core and cool down. You can expect to feel length and toning in new muscles you didn’t even know you had — get ready for some shakes too!!! We do also offer a variety of other offerings such as HIIT, Stretch and Meditation.

Absolutely! The Barreroom Method delivers all levels classes and each instructor will guide you through your workout with optional modifications. We always encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when you need!

Barre is actually an amazing rehabilitative and prenatal workout in that it is relatively low impact and can easily be modified. We do always recommend checking with your doctor with any specific exercise concerns and always encourage you to listen to your body. You can also use our filter tool to search for low impact class offerings.

Because we offer so many class styles from cardio, to core to stretch you can absolutely find classes that are suitable to do every day. Movement is so important for our wellbeing so we encourage you to mix in a variety of higher intensity style classes with some stretch and meditation sprinkled in. You can expect to see results such as flexibility, toning, improved posture and weight loss in as little as 10 days with consistency —but remember internal things such as nutrition, sleep and limiting stress are huge factors in outward “results”.

We do! In addition to full-length 50-55 minute classes, we also offer 30 minute express classes as well as 10 minute targeted sessions that you can do on their own or add onto other sessions to build your own workout! Use our ‘duration’ filter to find your ideal workout!

The workout collection currently has dozens of workouts, working into offering 50-100 classes quite quickly. You can expect to see 1-3 new classes added weekly! The platform will always continue to grow!

In short, yes! Our HIIT and cardio classes without a doubt will give you the high intensity you are looking for but the real surprise is our lower impact barre offerings. Through flowing movement and repetitive controlled pulsing your body will move towards a cardiovascular state even without any high impact or plyometric movements. It is also proven that functional training using even just body weight or light weights is highly effective in burning fat and while building lean muscle.

There’s a reason we say “It never gets easier, you just get stronger”. As your body adapts to the method you will notice your ability to tap into your muscles more and more each workout. This will allow you to constantly feel challenged and with challenge comes change! We also offer a variety of class styles with each class offering fresh exercises & sequencing to keep you on your toes!

Log into your account, choose Account > Subscriptions > Manage. You will then be able to enter in new billing information.

Yes! You can upgrade any time through your account > subscription> choose and upgrade option here.

You can cancel your membership prior to your next billing date directly through your account profile. Just log in, select Account > Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel.
