Can I try your workouts before I commit to a membership?

You bet! We offer a free 7 day trial so you can decide if Barreroom on Demand is right for you! To get an idea of what we have to offer, we recommend you give a few different class styles and instructors a try!

Are the memberships on a contract or can I cancel anytime?

Our 7 day trial is always risk-free and our month-to-month membership option can be canceled anytime prior to your next months billing. The 6 month and annual memberships are based on set terms, but do offer the best cost savings!

I’ve never done barre, what can I expect?

Each Barreroom Method workout is designed to challenge the entire body through small movements and isolation to create long lean muscles. We work through series of focused movement to the beat of music to keep you motivated and inspired! Most classes start with a warm up, followed by an arms series. Then we head into legs before hitting the floor for some core and cool down. You can expect to feel lengthening and toning in muscles you didn’t even know you had — get ready for some shakes too! We also offer a variety of other workout types such as HIIT, Stretch and Meditation.

I am new to exercise, are your workouts suitable for me?

Absolutely! The Barreroom Method delivers all levels classes and each instructor will guide you through your workout with optional modifications. We always encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when you need!

Are the workouts safe for those who are working through an injury or are pregnant?

Barre is actually an amazing rehabilitative and prenatal workout, in that it is relatively low impact and can easily be modified. We do always recommend checking with your doctor with any specific exercise concerns and encourage you to listen to your body. You can also use our filter tool to search for prenatal or low impact class offerings.

How many classes are recommended per week to see the best results?

Because we offer so many class styles, from cardio to core to stretch, you can absolutely find classes that are suitable to do every day. Movement is so important for our well-being, so we encourage you to mix in a variety of higher intensity style classes with some stretch and meditation sprinkled in. You can expect to see results such as flexibility, toning, improved posture and weight loss in as little as 10 days with consistency —but remember, internal factors such as nutrition, sleep and limiting stress play a key role in outward “results”.

How do I save my save classes and mark completed classes?

To save a class, click the Save button in the details area of the video. Classes will automatically complete when you finish a video. Alternatively, you can click the Complete button in the details area of the video to manually complete a workout.

I’m often short on time, do you have various class lengths?

We do! In addition to full-length 50-55 minute classes, we also offer 30-minute express classes and 10-minute targeted sessions. These shorter workouts can be done on their own or can be added on to other sessions to build your own workout! Use our ‘duration’ filter to find your ideal workout.

How many workouts are on the platform and how often are new videos added?

Our workout collection has over 70 workouts, with new workouts added weekly. The platform will continue to grow, offering fresh new workout styles to keep you motivated!

I enjoy high intensity and cardio style workouts…will these classes deliver?

In short, yes! Our HIIT and cardio classes will, without a doubt, give you the high intensity you are looking for. However, the real surprise is our lower impact barre offerings!

Through flowing movement and repetitive controlled pulsing, your body will move towards a cardiovascular state – even without high impact or plyometric movements. It is proven that functional training using only body weight or light weights is highly effective in burning fat and building lean muscle.

Will my body plateau if I do these workouts repeatedly?

There’s a reason we say “It never gets easier, you just get stronger”. As your body adapts to the method, you will notice your ability to tap into your muscles more and more with each workout. This will allow you to constantly feel challenged and with challenge comes change! We also offer a variety of class styles that include fresh exercises & sequencing to keep you on your toes!

How do I change my password?

Once logged in, select account > account settings > change password. If you have forgotten your password, open the member login page and you will see a “forgot my password” link. Enter your email for a reset link.

How do I change my credit card information for billing?

Upon login, choose Account > Subscriptions > Update. You will then be able to enter in new billing information.

Can I change my membership plan?

To change your membership plan, cancel your current plan by selecting Account > Subscriptions > Cancel. Once cancelled, you can sign up with your chosen plan.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership prior to your next billing date directly through your account profile, by selecting
Account > Subscriptions > Cancel.
